I already have a condo in which I live in. But my daughter and her new husband have high income (82,000 a year) and very shabby credit (490) and so, I want to buy a home using my credit and their qualifying income to get them into a home. My credit is very good (690, 717, 696), as of days ago. Can I do that?

Is it called them, co-signing for me? Help, please. I still want to live in my own home but help them. They have the downpayment and the income but lacking the credit, I have the credit but not enough income to finance two mortages. Is there a program that can help us?

You do know that you can stop foreclosure, yourself, right?

Why pay someone to do what you can do yourself?

Stopping foreclosure is easy, if you know what to do.

If anyone needs help gettting the bank to work with you on an alternative to foreclosure, it's ok to contact me.
